ClaimWatch is an online job tracking system which the bodyshop updates as vehicles move through the repair process. The system requires minimum input and jobs can be moved forward to the next repair stage by a single click in the status of repair column. This automatically generates and updates both customer and work provider webpages, and customers can also receive text messages on their mobile phones.
The bodyshop use the on-screen repairs list as a 'work in progress' list and is therefore able to monitor workflow more efficiently. Further to this, ClaimWatch will market the bodyshop's additional services such as wheel refurbishment or paintless dent removal adding move revenue to each job.
ClaimWatch also has direct 2 way links with most leading bodyshop management systems, thus avoiding double entry of data between systems.

Work providers can also monitor the status of their insured vehicles and check remaining bodyshop capacity and courtesy car availability. It's a secure system and they can only monitor their repairs if you choose to give them logins.
